Hello! I’m Penny Oliver, an adventurous mom to 2 busy boys and wife to Tim, a boxer, cyclist overall sporty guy who loves any challenge.

I’m the eldest of 4 girls in a very close-knit family. I was raised around food and fellowship, at every gathering there was food, cake, fizzy drinks and laughter. 

I never understood what a balanced, healthy lifestyle meant until late into my twenties when I had the need to shed some weight. I tried various options, methods and products on the market of which none provided a sustainable result. I became more and more driven to find a solution.

I have a background as a call centre coach and it was during this time that I attempted my weight loss journey again and I’ve never turned back. 


I was introduced to a healthy, active lifestyle community and managed to shed 15kg’s very easily whilst still doing LIFE. This also opened an opportunity – motivated by a passion to help others achieve and experience what I had.


9years later, I’m still focussed becoming the BEST version of myself and I’m just as passionate about helping other people… showing them how they can be the best version of themselves as well with me as their accountability partner and coach.

It all begins with a questionnaire and then we can begin the exciting journey to not only fitting into that “little black dress” but taking control of your health and being able to share what you learn with people you love.
